Organizational leadership
For organization needs to leadership. Any department without leadership can’t run ahead because it has internal problem. So, necessary to make a leadership o f leadership in organizations really then what is it, and what does it do? It’s all well and good to argue that we’ve had it wrong all these years about how organizations are best led; it’s even entertaining to see the self-involved and self-congratulatory individual leader hauled over the coals for a change. Environment is including for living thing. Without good environment we can’t live in the world but our society’s environment is day to day falling down. Environment's overarching objective is to contribute to the protection of the Earth's resources and the achievement of a sustainable society. Through research, teaching and outreach, faculty, staff and students are devoted to generating knowledge and developing policies, techniques and skills to help practitioners manage and conserve natural and environmental resources to meet the full range of human needs on a sustainable basic.

Where is bright schooling system there’s people clever at speaking, doing something, technical sporting, changing old culture, it can make by only education power. Our world is keeping on progress. It has been possible education. Educated peoples are being scientist by scientist find out many things and proving also.
So, where is no schooling there’s people likes jungle life they don’t know. What is the life it how to circling with new generation. About that must know and sharing head to head. And established newly schooling system also. Where are peoples gaining many things. They could use according to needs. We also created an innovative program for highly talented and motivated which has been discriminated against and shut out from education for centuries. Education is the only real ticket out of poverty for destitute, disabled, or orphaned children in Nepal. But education in Nepal isn't like it is in Western countries. Imagine not even being able to go to school or learn the basic skills needed to participate in society, to get a job, to create a better life for oneself. Without an education, a child in Nepal is destined to lead a life of extreme poverty and backbreaking labor. Education is the only way to break the bonds of poverty, low caste, and disability. This is especially true of girls, who are often illiterate, married off before they are 14, and spend the rest of their lives bearing children and working endless hours. The literacy rate is very low, especially among women, and virtually no government assistance is available.
